Creating a successful web site presence is as much about psychology as it is graphic design or coding. My challenge as a web designer is to reach the hearts and minds of your target audience; to discover what really works.

Take a project such as Aromantic Ltd – ten years ago I built their first web site whilst they were a home-based start-up business. In 2012 their online sales alone are set to exceed €1 million. The design might not be to everyone's taste (is any design?), but I continue to carefully optimise it for its target audience. The result is a web site that sells and keeps on growing, with average annual growth in web sales of over 25%.

Aromantic and other clients I have worked for during my 17 years' experience testify to the successful outcomes they have achieved whilst working with me. I don’t take all of the credit for their success, but I am delighted when I know that I played a part!
