Success Sharing

I occasionally agree to work with a business on what I call a success sharing basis. This can mean reduced fees of up to 75% of the published rates. In return I ask for a share of profits, commission on sales, or an equity share in your business.

If you are interested in the possibility of working with me on this basis I don't want to waste your time, so please first check if you agree to ALL of the following 7 criteria before applying:

1. I agree to the principle of 'risk and reward' whereby I will share in the long term success of my business, recognising the value of the support provided by Fluidstate and the risk that was taken in providing services at an agreed discounted rate.

2.  I am willing upon request, to provide access to any necessary information about my company such as annual accounts, website order statistics and monthly sales figures.

3. I am willing to instruct my company accountant to independently verify my company accounts and any financial data supplied.

4. In the event of a dispute, I am willing to submit my company accounts and financial data to an independent auditor and to pay 50% of any agreed costs.

5. I am willing to sign a binding legal contract for an agreed period of time, which may include a lifetime agreement.

6. I and my company are financially solvent. I have no plans to sell my company within the next 7 years.

7. I have no current contract with an Internet marketing consultant. I understand that the principle of success sharing is to enter into an exclusive contract with a consultant for the purposes of developing and promoting my on-line business.

Confidentiality

I respect the confidentiality of your business information. Any information that you submit to me, either during negotiations or for the duration of any agreed contract is entirely confidential. If you wish me to sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) prior to submitting any information, please download the following NDA template, edit the appropriate sections at the top of page 1 and post 2 printed and signed copies to me at the address published on my contact page. I will then send you one signed version back by return post.
