text and audio, you need firstly to be absolutely
certain about the problems that you solve and the solutions
you are offering.
The key to any successful on-line marketing campaign is the
ability to convey powerfully your USP's and the benefits that
your visitors and prospective customers will experience when
they use your products and/or services. In Internet marketing
this window of opportunity is extremely small.
We explore the potential benefits that your products and
services offer to your target market and recommend how to
build your Internet marketing campaign around these.

Writing for On-line Success
Once your USP's have been identified, we show you where your
text may be under-performing in terms of it's ability to 'pull',
both on your website and in any Internet marketing strategy,
such as search engine listings and e-mail campaigns.
We write powerful copy which will convey the right message,
for the right context e.g. your home page, using copy to 'burn
off' low-interest visitors from clicking on your expensive
pay-per-click listings and how to maximise response rates
for your opt-in e-mail marketing.
Option A - Home Page Copy Writing
Expect the unexpected as our copywriters unearth the hidden
gems in your business and as he finds the right 'voice' and
message that will speak volumes to your customers and
help turn around your website's performance.
Our working process is best described as a combination of
researcher, creative writer and journalist. The whole process
takes around 2-4 weeks, including a 'gestation period' and
you will be asked to fully participate in the process through
telephone interviews, e-mail and in helping to find your right
'voice'.
You will receive:
- At least 3 sample texts from which to choose the 'voice'
that feels most appropriate for your business
- Final home page text as a formatted Word document
- A 45 minute telephone session advising you as to any critical
factors on your home page design that may affect the performance
of the new text on your page.

Option B - Copy Writing for Internet
Marketing
Writing copy for Internet marketing requires a specialist
understanding of the different contexts within which your
business will be promoted on-line. For example, a listing
within the general search engine results of say, Google will
require an emphasis upon encouraging as many people as possible
to click through to your website, since the traffic is free.
However, if you are paying for each 'click' in a pay-per-click
service you will want to deter all but the most targeted of
visitors.
In this module, we will write copy for a range of key Internet
channels where you will most want to gain exposure.

Option C - Copy Writing for Auto Responders
Having a 'sign up for our newsletter' opt-in box on your
website is not enough these days to encourage website visitors
to give you their email address.
Newsletters are also extremely time consuming to write. So
how are you going to capture the email addresses of your website
visitors and keep in contact with them?
One powerful way is through using auto responders. A pre-written
series of emails are delivered automatically at set intervals
to your prospects.
The subject of the auto responder series should be interesting
and useful to your target audience and is often best designed
in the form of a mini course such as '7 daily steps to bringing
more romance into your relationship', or '10 tips on how to
reduce your personal debts'.
You will receive:
- We will (re)write your auto responder series, based upon
basic content provided by you. We will advise you on the
best way to construct your auto responder sequence so that
your 'offer' is introduced at the right stage and in the
right manner.
- You will receive the auto responders as a series of separate
Word files, including our recommendations for the intervals

- You will also receive our suggestions for the headline
that you use next to your auto responder opt-in box, to
maximise the number of signs ups you receive.

Website Design, Branding and Presentation
We assess your website's visual identity and how successfully
this conveys your company or organisation's personality, 'product'
and overall philosophy. We appraise your key marketing materials
(packaging, POS, brochure, stationery etc.) and their relation
to your on-line presence in terms of branding and visual communication.
We assess the effectiveness of any photography that you use
in your website and will work with you to source or commission
up to 5 key images that are required to more effectively convey
your message.
We appraise any existing website design in terms of its overall
impact visually and in how it communicates with the visitor.
We look at:
* use of typography, fonts
* page layout, visual coherence
* use of colour
* use of photography and graphic design
* overall visual consistency
You will receive:
- A full annotated report (as PDF file) using views taken
from your existing website pages.
- 2 x45 minute e-Mentoring telephone sessions to discuss
in detail the issues raised in the report.
