We begin by establishing the key metrics for your e-business,

- Break-even value
- Return on investment (RoA) for paid advertising
- Cost per lead acquisition
- Conversion of leads to customers
Where data is available we will take a historical look at
up to the last 2 years' of your website's performance and
predict your next 2 years.
We reveal to you what critical performance targets you should
be aiming for and the impact meeting these can have upon your
profitability.
You'll learn whether you are likely to make a profit from
on-line advertising and how much you can afford to spend.
We'll hi-light any weaknesses in your business model and
make recommendations for improving performance.

Tracking your Advertisements
On-line advertising can be an expensive and risky activity.
Without accurate statistics which enable you to determine
exactly how your different ads perform you will be left playing
an expensive guessing game. When you confidently know what
return you will receive for your pound or dollar, spending
money on advertising becomes a wise investment rather than
an expensive gamble.
We aim to significantly improve the Return on Investment
(ROI) for your on-line advertising by showing you how to effectively
track your pay-per-clicks, search engine listings, banner
ads, classifieds, e-zine ads -- and even your off-line ads
(newspapers, magazines, radio, TV etc.).

and configure the first 30 trackers for you. Provided you
can run CGI scripts on your server we will configure this
system so that your ad links only display your domain name
