During the first 3 e-Mentoring sessions
I help you to establish realistic goals, both for the short,
medium and long term. This takes into account your strengths
and weaknesses, your market area, competition and the resources
available to you i.e. time, money, knowledge and skills.
I therefore design a tailored programme
to suit your unique circumstances. You'll receive clear,
practical step-by-step support. If you want to be 'hands
on' in doing the work yourself that's fine. And if you prefer
to have the work done for you I will help you make the right
choices, ensuring that you receive the highest quality work
at affordable prices.
How e-Mentoring Works
e-Mentoring sessions are usually conducted
via telephone with each session lasting approximately 45
minutes. Sessions are recorded as MP3 files and uploaded
to your own Client Area so that you can listen to
these at any time, either from your PC or on your MP3 player.
Before each session you are sent a Client
Prep Sheet which asks you some questions about what
practical steps you have accomplished since the last call
and what you wish to achieve in the next session.
Following each session I will provide you
with any support material such as website links, articles,
etc which can be accessed from your Client Area. This
means that you will build a knowledge base of really vital
material that you will find indispensable as you proceed
along your path to success.

Fees
My commitment is to provide affordable e-Mentoring
support to individuals, organisations and businesses who
I believe have a great potential for success.
I charge an hourly rate for e-Mentoring
of £59.00 (or US$ 106.00 / €87.00).
In certain cases I offer to work with clients
on a success
sharing basis, with fees being reduced by up to 75%
of my published rates, making working with me affordable
for most businesses. In return I ask for an equity share
or share of profits, agreed on an individual basis. To find

Payment Terms
A commitment of at least 3 e-Mentoring
sessions is required with 50% of the fee payable in advance,
the remaining balance due no later than 14 days after the
final session.
Special e-Mentoring Offer
I offer an all-in-one package for individuals
who feel that they could benefit from e-Mentoring
and prefer to work on a fixed fee basis.
The time required is 6 weeks, beginning from
an agreed starting date thus enabling us to focus our energy
and achieve breakthroughs within a relatively short time
frame.
This package includes one e-Mentoring
session per week, of 45 mins, up to 1.5 hours per week email
support, plus my time required to do necessary tasks (max.
2 hours per week), e.g. maintain client notes, strategy/concept
development, conduct any necessary research, etc.
Cost = GBP 999.00 (or US$ 1,800.00
/ €1,480.00)
This is payable in 3 equal installments with
the first installment due upon commencement of the work.
